located Northern Sonora, México about 60 kilometres west
southwest of Nogales and about 40km south of the town of Sasabe
on the Arizona-Sonora border.

Famosa property is one hour drive south of Caborca. The property
is between 2 former producers, the Union Mine (Penoles) to north
and the Famosa mine at the south end of the property owned by
Comox.

Ryan Lake Property

Comox's drilling has outlined the SOUTH, NORTH & CLT mineralized
zones on the Ryan Lake claims. The Resource Estimate (N.I. 43-101
compliant) for the South Zone of 5.9 million tonnes indicated resource
grading 0.34% Cu, 0.039% Mo, 0.09g/tonne Au, and 5.0g/tonne Ag has been
reported. The Resource Estimate for the North and CLT zones on a N.I.
43-101 basis will be resumed.
