Final agreement calls for Comox to acquire 30% equity interest
in Papex with an option to acquire an additional 19%. Comox is
proceeding with a proposed financing of $700,000 to $1,000,000.

Pacific Comox Announced That A Letter Of
Intent Has Been Signed With Papex Inc. In exchange for the
investment of C$400,000 and 2,670,000 common shares, Pacific
Comox would acquire a 25% equity interest in Papex Inc. a
private corporation which has completed a major portion of the
development of the development of an online transaction network
for pulp and paper transactions.
